Returns Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Size exchanges can be made within 10 days of Delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Outer Box is a must at the time of return pickup.

• All orders will only be refunded only in the form of a coupon code either for the LoudLess online store or our at the Monsui online store which will have no expiry date.
• By default we generate codes for the LoudLess store. Alternatively we can issue gift card for our sister brand '' Monsui '' You can check out the latest collection at www.monsui.in  

Email us at info@loudless.in with your name and order number if you wish to return the order.

If your return is accepted, we may send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

We recommend you to tape the box with the shirt so we do receive the shirt back in the original quality.

Cancellation policy : 

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of info@loudless.in. Incase of prepaid orders, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method.
